How to Apply for the Asaan Karobar Card

The process to obtain the Asaan Karobar Card involves following this sequence of simple instructions: Visit the official website: akc.punjab.gov.pk. All necessary documents for the application must be uploaded through the system, including CNIC and proof of residency documents. How to Register

Step 1: Access the Official Portal

Open your Browser and click on akc.punjab.gov.pk. Once the homepage opens, click the “Register Now” option.

Step 2: Complete Registration

  • Provide Personal Details:
    Type your complete name according to what is listed on your CNIC document.
    Input your CNIC number.
    Type the birth date that appears on your CNIC.
    Describe the full name of either your father or your present husband.
    The forms require both CNIC issuance and expiration dates to be entered.
  • Add Contact Information:
    Pick your mobile network while entering a correct mobile phone number.
    The mobile number should be active because it will be used to receive confirmation notifications and updates.
  • Set Up a Password:
    Develop a powerful password for your account registration.
    Confirm the entered password by repeating it for verification purposes while making sure the entries match correctly.


Step 3: Review and Submit

Check carefully all the information entered to ensure accuracy. Once verified, click the “Register” button. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation message on your mobile phone.

How to Log In

Once you are registered:
1. Log in using your CNIC number and password.

2. Submit your address near a landmark, city, family information, province, education, and other details.

3. Enter your Business details like purpose of bussiness, owner details, Phone number., Email Address, Start date, etc.

4. To start, enter the business city where your business operates and details regarding the business place status, together with registration information and description of your business and its sales revenue and employee numbers and their pay scales and utility bill, and all other business expenses. Insert your individual information, including name and cell number, followed by email and CNIC then affirm 100% ownership if owning your business alone.

5. Fill in the specific loan sum starting at Rs. 100,000 and extending to Rs. 1,000,000 based on your business requirements. Revolving Credit for Business Working Capital requirements is the default description for this loan, and it needs no tangible security.

6. Attach images of your CNIC showing the front and back sides. Submit your bank statement of account from the past 1-2 years for an improved chance of loan acceptance if this document displays your business’s cash movement.

Pay the Processing Fee – MOST IMPORTANT

Your application submission requires a non-refundable processing fee payment of PKR 500 to the system. The portal shows an automatically created PSID at the top data section containing nineteen digits, along with its status indicating UNPAID. The 19-digit PSID becomes payable through any bank’s Mobile App or ATM by using the 1Bill Interface for Invoice or Fixed Payment. You can pay the PSID amount through any bank’s counter service, which includes NBP and BOP. Payment completion through the system requires users to re-login, following which status updates to PAID.
